Notes:
The supplier shall have a change management system which includes:
-Scheduling & planning for the change
-Risk analysis & management
-Product verification & validation activities
Kasai UK will identify/confirm the KSPQP activities which will need to be carried out in order to implement the change and confirm its successful adoption.
Once the adoption of the change is confirmed as successful, Production Part Approval from Kasai UK is necessary before shipment of any change affected product.
