Confirm that product and mass production process meet Kasai UK requirements and get Production Part Approval.
Notes:
Shipment to Kasai UK of product is not acceptable until Production Part Approval is provided.
Advanced information must be provided if full approval is not expected in line with Kasai UK requirements.
If the Kasai UK PSW judgment is "Interim approval" or "Rejected", the supplier shall develop countermeasures in order to achieve full "Approval" status.
Master Samples from all tool suites or cavities must be retained at the supplier for the life of the product.

-Complete and submit the Part Submission Warrant (PSW) with all supporting documentation necessary to confirm satisfactory completion of the requirements of KSPQP.
-The submission date is defined in the Supplier Master Schedule.
-If a change occurs, follow the change management requirements.
