4.3 Product and Process Design Review
Activity Purpose:

To ensure that the Product and Process design and development activities meet Kasai UK requirements.
To identify any problems and implement countermeasures.

Notes:

All suppliers shall conduct product and process design reviews in accordance with the requirements of ISO/TS 16949. The timing for these reviews shall be identified on the Supplier Master Schedule and Design Assurance Plan.

In addition to the suppliers' product and process design review activities, Kasai UK will identify suppliers to participate in joint product and process design reviews.

Activity Content - Conduct product and process design reviews as detailed in the Supplier Master Schedule and Design Assurance Plan.
- Confirm with Kasai UK if participation in a joint product and process design review is required.
-Record the results of each design review using the appropriate documentation.
