Product Reliability Targets Study Plan (RFQ reply)

Key Points The Product Reliability Targets Study Plan is the document that describes how the supplier will achieve the reliability targets agreed with Kasai UK. It is included in the RFQ Reply, if applicable. The Reliability targets are defined in the RFQ. Minimum Content Requirements The Product Reliability Targets Study Plan shall include: a gap analysis which compares the targets set by Kasai UK to the suppliers current performance a plan of actions defined by the supplier that shall be implemented to achieve the targets The plan of actions shall include: Timing of Key events (test plan, results) with responsible people, deadlines. Analysis and calculation methods to be used to achieve reliability targets and, where applicable, sub-component reliability targets proposed by the tier 1 supplier. Validation plan for the reliability target achievement.
