The Product Quality Targets Study Plan is the document that describes how the supplier will achieve the quality targets agreed with Kasai UK.
It is included in the RFQ Reply.
The Quality targets are defined in the RFQ.
Minimum Content Requirements
The Product Quality Targets Study Plan shall include:
a gap analysis which compares the targets set by Kasai UK to the suppliers current performance
a plan of actions defined by the supplier that shall be implemented to achieve the targets
The plan of actions shall include:
Timing of Key events with responsible people, deadlines.
Analysis and calculation methods to be used to achieve quality targets and, where applicable, sub-component quality targets proposed by the tier 1 supplier.
